Summary:

Tractor Central, Northern and Western Wisconsin's leader in John Deere ag and turf sales & service is hiring an Assistant Service Manager at our Menomonie location.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Service Department operations
• Knowledge of our industry
• Understanding of both John Deere and competitive products
• Flexibility to work long hours
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate and be a team player are vital skills for this position

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Service Manager in all areas of the service department while ensuring stellar customer satisfaction.
