Parts Manager

Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin

Summary:

Tractor Central, Northern and Western Wisconsin's leader in John Deere ag and turf sales & service is currently seeking a Parts Manager at our newly expanded Chippewa Falls location. 
Manages parts operations within the dealership to provide the highest level of external and internal customer satisfaction while maximizing return on investment through parts sales, inventory control, and expense control. Optimizes parts department processes. Attracts, retains, and effectively engages department personnel.

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in Parts Department operations 
• Experience leading others
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
• Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Parts Department operations
• Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends
• Excellent customer service skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Superior customer service skills and an understanding of general mechanical/technical terms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories.
• Performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties. 
• Provide superior customer service offering smart, efficient solutions that result in 100% customer satisfaction.
• Develops, communicates, enforces and monitors effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
• Promotes and merchandises parts and accessories in conjunction with other store locations
• Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a perpetual and/or annual physical inventory and proper counter procedures
• Submits all parts warranty and return claims within the required time frame to receive maximum credit
• Maximizes use of all order discount programs to achieve management stock order goals
