Service Manager - Full Time

Summary:

Tractor Central - your premiere John Deere dealer in Northwest Wisconsin, is hiring a qualified Service Manager at our Westby location.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ Years in Service Department operations
• Familiar with standard desktop applications including Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing
• Knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all service operations within the dealership and ensure customer satisfaction
• Schedule & assign jobs to department employees according to their skills and knowledge
• Assist with the development and training of service personnel, and complete performance reviews
• Communicate, enforce, and monitor department processes to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor service sales on a monthly basis to ensure achievement of budgeted sales/profit goals
• Review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing
• Manage recruitment and staffing needs for the service department
• Other duties as necessary, and as assigned
